By using the Peaceful Global Computers ("PGC") website or services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all users, whoever you are and wherever you're based — the platform is not limited to any one school or region.
PGC provides ICT and educational support services, including but not limited to school admission processing, JAMB/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB assistance, computer training, ICT consultancy, printing, graphic design, and website development, as well as a peer-to-peer Marketplace and a fundable Wallet, both described below.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
When requesting a service — especially anything involving JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or admission processing — you are responsible for providing accurate registration numbers, personal details, and any login information you choose to share with us for that purpose.
PGC is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or any educational institution. We assist with processing and guidance; outcomes such as admission decisions, results, and portal access remain solely at the discretion of the relevant examination body or institution.
Where a service involves a fee, pricing is shown to you before you commit to it, and you may pay directly via Paystack or from your PGC Wallet. Payments are for the service rendered and are generally non-refundable once the requested action (e.g. registration, printing, PIN purchase) has been completed on your behalf.
The Marketplace lets verified users list and buy items directly from each other. PGC is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller — we provide the platform, listing review, and (for wallet-funded purchases) escrow protection described below, but we do not guarantee the condition, description accuracy, or legality of any item listed.
Seller Verification. Anyone wishing to sell must first submit a valid ID and a live photo for review. This is used to reduce fraud and give us something to act on if a seller misuses the platform; it does not make PGC a guarantor of that seller's conduct.
Listing Review. New listings are reviewed before going live and may be declined at our discretion — for example, prohibited items, misleading listings, or suspected fraud.
Escrow for Wallet Purchases. When you buy a priced listing using your Wallet balance, payment is held by PGC rather than sent straight to the seller. It is released to the seller once you confirm delivery, automatically after 7 days if you raise no dispute, or as decided by PGC if you report a problem. Reporting a problem is not a guarantee of a refund — PGC reviews the available information (messages, listing details, both parties' accounts) and decides in good faith, and that decision is final.
Purchases and sales arranged outside the Wallet (e.g. cash on meetup) are between buyer and seller directly and are not covered by escrow or subject to PGC's dispute resolution.
The Wallet lets you fund a balance (via Paystack) and spend it on the platform. Your Wallet balance is held by PGC and is not a bank account, is not interest-bearing, and is not covered by any deposit insurance scheme (e.g. NDIC) — please treat it as spending money for use on the platform, not as savings. We do not currently offer cash withdrawals from the Wallet back to your bank account; funds are intended to be spent on PGC services or Marketplace purchases. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
You agree not to use this site to submit false information (including in Seller Verification), attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the enquiry, wallet, or messaging features for spam or unlawful purposes, or attempt to manipulate escrow, payments, or listing review by technical means.
PGC will make reasonable efforts to provide services accurately and promptly, but we are not liable for delays, errors, or outcomes caused by third parties (including examination bodies, network providers, payment processors, or other Marketplace users) outside our control. Our role in Marketplace transactions is limited to the platform, review, and escrow functions described above.
We may update these terms from time to time, particularly as we add new features. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
