Services are arranged directly with our team, typically via WhatsApp or the enquiry form on this site.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
When requesting a service — especially anything involving JAMB, WAEC, NECO, or admission processing — you are responsible for providing accurate registration numbers, personal details, and any login information you choose to share with us for that purpose.
PGC is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or any educational institution. We assist with processing and guidance; outcomes such as admission decisions, results, and portal access remain solely at the discretion of the relevant examination body or institution.
Where a service involves a fee, pricing will be communicated to you directly before you commit to the service. Any payments made are for the service rendered and are generally non-refundable once the requested action (e.g. registration, printing, PIN purchase) has been completed on your behalf.
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or misuse the enquiry, account, or messaging features for spam or unlawful purposes.
PGC will make reasonable efforts to provide services accurately and promptly, but we are not liable for delays, errors, or outcomes caused by third parties (including examination bodies, network providers, or payment processors) outside our control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
